Restart runs executive and senior-specialist search across six practice groups: technology and engineering, finance and commercial, operations and supply, product and growth, legal and risk, people and talent. The model is deliberately slow: one director per search, the market mapped properly, candidates approached directly, a written shortlist rationale on every hire, and a two-year hire test. The internal stack reflects that, with a recruiter dashboard over open reqs, pipeline and time-to-fill, and structured scorecard screening per role so the brief gets judged the same way every time.
We built the brand, the marketing site, the candidate intake and screening flows, and the outreach engine that the recruitment team runs on. Eleven invariant tests pin the security model (TOTP replay, OAuth timing, signing caps) so the next change cannot quietly regress what the team already shipped.
